Request A Mail-In Ballot
Oct. 27 by 5 PM
Your Application for a mail-in or absentee ballot must be received by your county election office.
Nov. 3 by 8 PM
Your county election office must receive your completed mail ballot by this time. A postmark by 8 p.m. Nov. 3 is not sufficient.
How to Vote Early
If you are a registered Pennsylvania voter, you have the convenient option of applying for a mail ballot in person at the Chester County board of elections office: 601 Westtown Road, Suite 150, West Chester, PA, then completing the ballot while there. In one visit, voters can apply for and cast their mail ballot.
The deadline to apply for a ballot in-person is October 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
